For over three decades, my life’s work has been centered on a single, profound truth: your capacity is not a fixed limit, but a field waiting to be cultivated.

 

I know what it feels like to live in a world that demands more of your time while offering less for your soul. In the noise of "doing," we often neglect the "being." I developed PR&C because I discovered that when we stop to tend the soil of our hearts, the seeds of our purpose finally find the space to breathe.

 

Reflective journaling has continued to transform my own walk and heart posture over the years of the valley lows, plateaus, and mountain highs. It became the sacred rhythm where I learned to quiet the noise of the world and listen to/for the Holy Spirit within. It was not just about recording my thoughts; it was about uncovering my "why" and allowing God to turn my dry soil and unwatered seeds into present blooms.

 

This is not just a business for me; it is purpose-path, where along the way, I extend an open door to each person who desires to walk more reflectively into their own capacity. Whether we meet 1-1, at a community event, or for the first time in one of the PR&C Capacity Spaces, my desire is to provide you with the compass and the fertile ground to reflect, grow, transform, and journal through and to greater capacity!
